IQF Mussle Meat (454g)

These mussels are of the frozen variety, and are very versatile to be used in numerous tasty dishes, that can be quickly prepared for a healthy meal. Mussel Meat basically means that there is no shell, just the inside of the mussel. The mussel has a lovely orange or pale beige coloured yolk. Available all year from New Zealand, mussels are very cheap and basic to prepare. Grill them, boil them, do what you like with them you can’t go wrong. In the frozen variety they are ready to use.
