Brown/white Crabmeat (454g)
The soft brown flesh from under the hard upper shell of the crab is rich in flavour, and contrasts well with the sweet, dense white flesh that is found in the claws of the crab. Try mixing these crab meats together to produce an interesting and tasty filling. Alternatively mix either crab meat with sour cream and chives and fill jacket potatoes.
